Because of its natural damping qualities, rubber has shown great utility as a lining material in material handling applications. The angle of impact determines how well a rubber liner dampens. Sakar wear-resistant rubber liners are made from a unique rubber composition using high-pressure molding, which gives them resistance to impact, abrasion, and corrosion. These components’ wear patterns can be reasonably predicted, allowing for appropriate maintenance scheduling and, ultimately, lower total expenditures. Additionally, the liners can be shaped, bent, or rolled to fit each unique application.

Usually, two types of liners are offered as per application. In order to fit the liner with fasteners a steel backed liner is recommended or else a plain rubber liner is provided.
